FraudLabs Pro allows users to add additional messages for those orders that triggered either the review or reject action. These staff notes will be shown on the BigCommerce Staff Notes<\/strong> section. Below please find the procedures on how to add the custom messages.<\/p>\n

  1. Login to FraudLabs Pro Merchant area at http:\/\/www.fraudlabspro.com\/merchant\/login<\/a><\/span>. You may also login via the App<\/strong> on the BigCommerce<\/strong> admin area.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on the Settings<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n
  3. On the Settings<\/strong> page, scroll down to BigCommerce Options<\/strong> section. In that section, you will see the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Additional Staff Notes For Review Action\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/strong> and \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Additional Staff Notes for Reject Action\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/strong>, and these are where you can put your own custom message to be shown on the Staff Notes<\/strong> panel on BigCommerce<\/strong> area.\n
