Initially, the order statuses had been set to the following values:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approve Status: There is no change to the order status.<\/li>\n<li>Review Status: The order will be changed to <strong>Manual Verification Required <\/strong>status.<\/li>\n<li>Reject Status: The order will be changed to <strong>Declined<\/strong> status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You are able to re-configure the above status based on your requirements. To do that, please<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on the <strong>App<\/strong> menu followed by <strong>FraudLabs Pro<\/strong>.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fraudlabspro.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/bigcommerce-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-459 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fraudlabspro.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/bigcommerce-1-187x300.png\" alt=\"FraudLabs Pro App\" width=\"187\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fraudlabspro.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/bigcommerce-1-187x300.png 187w, https:\/\/www.fraudlabspro.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/bigcommerce-1-31x50.png 31w, https:\/\/www.fraudlabspro.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/bigcommerce-1.png 259w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 187px) 100vw, 187px\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>On the <strong>FraudLabs Pro Dashboard<\/strong> page, click on the <strong>Settings<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n<li>Under <strong>BigCommerce Options<\/strong>, you should notice 3 dropdown box for <strong>Approve<\/strong>, <strong>Review<\/strong>, and <strong>Reject<\/strong> status. These are where you can re-configure the statuses.
