The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fraudlabspro.com\/resources\/tutorials\/how-fraudlabs-pro-status-affect-shopify-order-status\/\"><strong>cancel<\/strong><\/a> mean the order was <strong>rejected<\/strong> by FraudLabs Pro. However, if you think it&#8217;s necessary to automatically notify the buyer of the cancellation event, you can easily enable it at the merchant area settings page. FraudLabs Pro supports 4 reasons as of Shopify system, they are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer changed\/canceled order<\/li>\n<li>Fraudulent order<\/li>\n<li>Items unavailable<\/li>\n<li>Other<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Steps to enable the email notification<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to FraudLabs Pro merchant area.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the <strong>Settings<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n<li>Under the <strong>Shopify Options<\/strong>, select the Send email notification to customer when order has been canceled by FraudLabs Pro.&#8221; option.<\/li>\n<li>In the dropdown reason lists, select the order cancellation message that you want to send to your buyer.
