Below are the information that will be inserted by the FraudLabs Pro system into the staff notes by action:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>APPROVED: <em>Verified and approved by FraudLabs Pro. For more details, please visit http:\/\/www.fraudlabspro.com\/merchant\/transaction-details\/xxxx<\/em><\/li>\n<li>PENDING REVIEW: <em>Review triggered by FraudLabs Pro. For more details, please visit http:\/\/www.fraudlabspro.com\/merchant\/transaction-details\/xxxx<\/em><\/li>\n<li>REJECTED: <em>Rejected by FraudLabs Pro. For more details, please visit http:\/\/www.fraudlabspro.com\/merchant\/transaction-details\/xxxx<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Although we always recommend our clients to leave this option unchanged, you can disable this message if you think it&#8217;s not necessary. Below are the steps to disable it:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Login to your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fraudlabspro.com\/merchant\/login\">merchant area<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Go to the <strong>Settings <\/strong>page.<\/li>\n<li>On the <strong>Settings <\/strong>page, go to <strong>BigCommerce Options<\/strong>. And, you should see the below options: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fraudlabspro.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/bigcommerce-3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-989 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fraudlabspro.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/bigcommerce-3.png\" alt=\"bigcommerce staff notes\" width=\"541\" height=\"311\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fraudlabspro.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/bigcommerce-3.png 541w, https:\/\/www.fraudlabspro.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/bigcommerce-3-300x172.png 300w, https:\/\/www.fraudlabspro.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/bigcommerce-3-50x29.png 50w, https:\/\/www.fraudlabspro.com\/resources\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/bigcommerce-3-320x184.png 320w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 541px) 100vw, 541px\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>There are 3 options available, one for each action (approved, pending review and rejected).<\/li>\n<li>You can untick any option that you think the <strong>status <\/strong>message is not necessary in the staff notes.<\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>Save <\/strong>button to save the settings.<\/li>\n<li>Done.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Please take note that the above setting will only remove the status information from the staff notes, the <strong>FraudLabs Pro ID<\/strong> will still be added into the staff notes nonetheless.
