If you are accepting PayPal payment, you may be eligible for PayPal Seller Protection<\/strong><\/a> that protects you from unauthorized payments by PayPal. In this case, you can choose to enable the option to automatically approve those orders that are eligible <\/strong>for seller protection on our system. By doing so, our system will approve the eligible orders regardless of fraud score or fraud validation rules. Below are the steps to enable the option:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Login to merchant area<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to Settings > General <\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Under Shopify Options<\/strong>, enable the “Approve the order that is eligible for PayPal Seller Protection\u00a0automatically.”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Once done, click on Save Changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Please note that this option only automatically approve orders that are in Eligible<\/strong> status, but not Partially eligible <\/strong>or Ineligible <\/strong>status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
