You can create a validation rule to reject the orders that were originated from specific IP domain names. The IP domain is the domain name derived from the visitor’s IP address of the visitor who visited your website. You can visit the IP lookup tool<\/a> to learn more about your IP domain. Please note that this feature is only available for the Mini<\/strong> plan<\/strong><\/a> onward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps to create validation rule for IP domain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Login to your merchant area<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to the Rules<\/strong> page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on the Add Rule <\/strong>button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select Visitor IP Domain Equal to List Below <\/strong>for Rule<\/strong> field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Enter the domain names that you wish to flag the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Select the action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Click on the Save <\/strong>button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Below is the example of the settings if you want to reject the orders if the visitor’s IP domain is from example.com<\/strong> or testing.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
