FraudLabs Pro has recently updated the FraudLabs Pro Zapier app with a instant trigger. You may instantly connect FraudLabs Pro with other Zapier apps to automate your work easily in Zapier. For example, you can trigger notification like email sending by using the Zapier services provided. After you have enabled the notification option, the email will be sent to your customer to notify them about the status of the order. In addition, you could also request your customer to respond with more information to verify themselves if an order was flagged as Review. This will certainly lessen your efforts to manually contact them for further verification purpose.<\/p>\n

This tutorial will demonstrate how to configure this feature using the integration in Zapier<\/a> and FraudLabs Pro Fraud Prevention for WHMCS plugin<\/a>. Please note that in the tutorial, the Gmail App is used as the Action Event in the Zap, but you can select other Zapier App to be the Action Event too. In addition, you must install the FraudLabs Pro Fraud Prevention for WHMCS plugin in your WHMCS store for this to function. Make a Zap in Zapier<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Click on Make a Zap<\/strong> button in the Zapier page.<\/li>\n
  2. Choose FraudLabs Pro<\/strong> app and select Status Changed<\/strong> as the Trigger Event.<\/li>\n
  3. Select Add a New Account.<\/li>\n
  4. Enter FraudLabs Pro API Key and click on Continue button.<\/li>\n
  5. Next, choose Gmail<\/strong> App and select Send Email<\/strong> as the Action Event.<\/li>\n
  6. Choose Account by Sign in to Gmail.<\/li>\n
  7. Customize the email template.<\/li>\n
  8. Turn on the Zap.<\/li>\n
  9. Done.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Configure FraudLabs Pro Fraud Prevention in WHMCS<\/h3>\n

    1. In the WHMCS<\/strong> admin page, click on the Setup<\/strong>->Fraud Protection<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n
    2. Select Fraudlabs Pro<\/strong> from the dropdown list and click on Go<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
    3. Enable the FraudLabs Pro Fraud Checking.<\/li>\n
    4. Enter the FraudLabs Pro API Key.<\/li>\n
    5. Under the Notification Using Zapier<\/strong> section, select the status that the notification will be enabled.
