For example, no name, no phone number or no city information provided. We believe this could also be an important rule checking feature for many industries, and now, you can do the <strong>Blank Input Checking<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mechanism of this checking is simple, it will check if the certain field of the order is empty. If yes, the rule will be triggered and set the FraudLabs Pro status to the action (Manual Review, Approve or Reject) that is configured. If not, then the rule will not be triggered. Below are the validation rules that are supported for the <strong>Blank Input Checking<\/strong> feature.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Department Name Equal to List Below<\/li><li>Email Address (Domain) Equal to List Below<\/li><li>Billing Region Equal to List Below<\/li><li>Billing City Equal to List Below<\/li><li>Billing ZIP Code Equal to List Below<\/li><li>Shipping Region Equal to List Below<\/li><li>Shipping City Equal to List Below<\/li><li>Shipping ZIP Code Equal to List Below<\/li><li>Full Name Equal to List Below<\/li><li>Phone Number Equal to List Below<\/li><li>Product SKU Equal to List Below<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are the procedures on how to enable the <strong>Blank Input Checking<\/strong> feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Login to the <strong>FraudLabs Pro<\/strong> merchant area and click on the <strong>Rules <\/strong>menu.<\/li><li>On the <strong>Rules <\/strong>page, click on the <strong>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Add Rule Button\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/strong>.<\/li><li>On the <strong>Rule <\/strong>dropdown, select <strong>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Phone Number Equal to List Below\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/strong>.<\/li><li>In the Value section, enter <strong>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Blank\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/strong>. You may change the validation rules at the merchant area to suit your business needs.
