In this article, we are going to explain the effect to the FraudLabs Pro status if you refund an order in BigCommerce. In general, FraudLabs Pro will mark the transaction status as <strong>Rejected<\/strong> if the order status is changed into the below statuses in the BigCommerce platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunded<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canceled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Declined<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disputed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In other words, FraudLabs Pro will automatically mark the associated transaction in FraudLabs Pro as <strong>Rejected <\/strong>if it was refunded in BigCommerce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, if you do not want this event to cause a <strong>Rejected<\/strong> status in FraudLabs Pro, you can do so by enabling the option <strong>Ignore Refunded Order<\/strong> in your FraudLabs Pro <strong>Settings<\/strong> page. By enabling this option, it will exclude the <strong>Refund <\/strong>action in BigCommerce, but for other actions like <strong>Canceled<\/strong>, <strong>Declined<\/strong> and <strong>Disputed<\/strong>, FraudLabs Pro will still automatically sync and mark them as <strong>Rejected<\/strong> in the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that this option is enabled by default
