Please note that the “country” and “ZIP code” level blocking is only available for the Mini plan or higher.

If you wish to reject orders from specific countries such as Myanmar, Vietnam, and Thailand due to the lack of business opportunities, you can create the following rule to automatically reject incoming orders.

Example 2 – Block Orders Based on Shipping Region

Let’s see another scenario whereby you want to reject orders from specific regions, such as Alaska, you can create the validation rule as follows.

Please note that, besides the country name, you will need to manually input the values for the region, city, and ZIP code to match. However, the comparison of these values is case-insensitive. For example, both “alaska” and “aLaska” will be rejected according to the rule mentioned above.
