Review and add legitimate customers for whitelisting

Sometimes, legitimate customers may be mistakenly flagged or blocked during fraud screening. For example, some trusted customers might use a VPN when placing orders. If their emails are not whitelisted, FraudLabs Pro could mark these transactions as high-risk, which may result in a Review or Reject status depending on your validation rules.

To avoid this, you should review and maintain a whitelist of trusted customers. Whitelisted customers will bypass certain fraud checks, ensuring they can complete their purchases smoothly without unnecessary interruptions.

To manage your whitelist:

  1. Sign in into your FraudLabs Pro account.
  2. Go to the Customers > Whitelist page.
  3. Add or import the email addresses of legitimate customers into the whitelist.

Once whitelisted, these customers will not be flagged or blocked during fraud screening.

Regularly update your whitelist to include new trusted customers and keep it accurate.
