Terms and conditions of the program.

  • The campaign is open to all merchants, including those on the Free Micro Plan.
  • Rewards are given in the form of additional validation rules added to the participant’s FraudLabs Pro account.
  • Limited-Time Reward: Eligible campaign submissions successfully completed between October 1 - December 31, 2026 will receive an extra 100 queries on top of the standard campaign reward of 1 additional validation rule.
  • Participants must follow FraudLabs Pro on at least one official channel: Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Medium or Instagram.
  • Participants should submit the Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Medium or Instagram profile link via the FraudLabs Pro Campaign page in their account area for verification.
  • For Facebook verification, please ensure your setting for “Who can see the people, Pages and lists that you follow” is set to Public:
    1. Click your profile picture in the top right of Facebook, then click Settings & privacy > Settings.
    2. In the left panel, go to Audience and visibility > Followers and public content.
    3. Select Public for “Who can see the people, Pages and lists that you follow”.
  • We will manually review the given URL within 7 business days. Once verified, we will reward the participants with an additional validation rule.
  • Rewards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything. Participants can join multiple programs within the campaign.
  • We reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
