ThirtyBees Fraud Prevention Module
Overview
This fraud prevention module will screen every order transacted on ThirtyBees e-commerce platform in real-time for payment fraud. Its sophisticated validation algorithm will accurately detect the fraud patterns to help you to minimize the chargeback and fraud losses.

Get Started
Set up the FraudLabs Pro module for Prestashop in a few simple steps:
Step 1: Sign Up For A Free API Key
Before proceeding with the plugin installation, please sign up for a free API license key. This key is required during the plugin installation.
SIGN UP FOR FREEStep 2: Download Fraud Prevention Module
The FraudLabs Pro fraud prevention module is compatible with ThirtyBees version v1.x or later. Download it now for installation.
For ThirtyBees version v1.x or later
DOWNLOADStep 3: Install & Configure Fraud Prevention Module
- Download FraudLabs Pro module zip file.
- Log into ThirtyBees Administrator area.

Click on the Modules and Services > Modules and Services menu.

Click on the Add a new module menu.

Click on the Choose a file button and select the FraudLabs Pro module zip file.
- Click on the Upload this module button to upload the module into the server.
- Search for FraudLabs Pro Fraud Prevention module from the module list.

Click on the Install button to install the module.
- Configure the FraudLabs Pro settings. Enter the FraudLabs Pro API license key.
- If you need FraudLabs Pro change the order status, you can select the corresponding Approve, Review, and Reject status.
- Lastly, click on Save.
Module Management
Upgrade
- Click on the Modules and Services > Modules and Services menu.
- Make sure the filtering option has the Installed & Not Installed and Enabled & Disabled option set.
- Search for FraudLabs Pro Fraud Prevention module from the module list.

Click on the dropdown button on the Configure button and select the Uninstall menu.
- The module shall be successfully uninstalled.

Click on the dropdown button on the Install button and select the Delete menu.
- The module shall be successfully deleted from the server.
- Follow steps in the Installation section above.
- Done.
Uninstallation
- Follow step 1 to step 7 in the Upgrade section above.
- Done.
The above uninstallation step will remove the module and the installed files from the server. However, it will not remove the fraud validation data recorded from the database. In other words, you will still be able to retrieve the validation data from the database, although it will not be displayed on the order page.
