PrestaShop Fraud Prevention Module
Overview
This fraud prevention module will screen every order transacted on PrestaShop e-commerce platform in real-time for payment fraud. Its sophisticated validation algorithm will accurately detect the fraud patterns to help you to minimize the chargeback and fraud losses.

Get Started
Set up the FraudLabs Pro module for Prestashop in a few simple steps:
Step 1: Sign Up For A Free API Key
Before proceeding with the plugin installation, please sign up for a free API license key. This key is required during the plugin installation.

The FraudLabs Pro fraud prevention module is compatible with PrestaShop version 1.6.0 - 8.1. Download it now for installation.

DOWNLOADStep 3: Install & Configure Fraud Prevention Module
- Log into PrestaShop Administrator area.
- Go to Module Manager page by clicking on the Modules -> Module Manager menu.
- Click on the Upload a module button.
- Click on the Select file link and select the FraudLabs Pro module zip file downloaded just now.

Once successfully installed, click on Configure button.
- Enter the FraudLabs Pro API license key. You may sign up for a free Micro Plan if you do not have an API key.
- If you need FraudLabs Pro change the order status, you can select the corresponding Approve, Review, and Reject status.
- Save the settings.
If you wish to edit the settings afterwards, you may locate the module by searching FraudLabs Pro keyword in the Module Manager page and then click on Configure button.
- Done.

Module Management
Upgrade
- Click on the Modules -> Module Manager menu.

Locate FraudLabs Pro Fraud Prevention module from the module list.
You may easily locate the module by entering FraudLabs Pro keyword in the search box.

Click on the dropdown button on the Configure button and select the Uninstall menu.

Tick the delete module folder after uninstall option and click on Yes, uninstall it button.
- The module shall be successfully uninstalled and deleted.
- Follow the installation steps in Install Fraud Prevention Module above.
- Done.
Uninstallation
- Click on the Modules -> Module Manager menu.

Locate FraudLabs Pro Fraud Prevention module from the module list.
You may easily locate the module by entering FraudLabs Pro keyword in the search box.

Click on the dropdown button on the Configure button and select the Uninstall menu.

Tick the delete module folder after uninstall option and click on Yes, uninstall it button.
- The module shall be successfully uninstalled and deleted.
The above uninstallation step will remove the module and the installed files from the server. However, it will not remove the fraud validation data recorded from the database. In other words, you will still be able to retrieve the validation data from the database, although it will not be displayed on the order page.
Configure SMS Verification Add-On
This Fraud Prevention Module supports SMS Verification Add-On that helps merchants to authenticate the client's identity by sending them a SMS for verification. Please follow this tutorial for the configuration.
